Special Hot Dog Range
Small-diameter hot dog production is also possible using all-nylon casings with pronounced heat-shrink properties and moderate barrier characteristics. These enable additional product distribution with a longer shelf life compared to equivalent permeable casings.
Pet Food Range
In the pet food industry, casings must withstand higher temperatures than those for human food. This particular group of casings can therefore withstand extreme processing heat. Additionally, they maintain a consistent cylindrical shape throughout handling and distribution, and guarantee longer product freshness at room temperature.
Smoked Products
Smoke Line is a highly modified synthetic polymer casing based on polyamide and water-soluble polymers that allows selective permeability to smoke, gases, and water vapor. Smoke Line casings are specially designed to meet the production requirements of smoked, cooked, semi-dried, and raw sausages.
Curved Casings Range
Podanfol’s curved casings range includes a family of sausage casings that are continuously stretched in a controlled manner to form a curve with a defined inner diameter and repeated radius, maintaining constant caliber throughout.
